I’ve got the pictures, well three of ’em but for the life of me I can’t remember who the opposition were at Springfield Park in the late seventies.

I vaguely remember it being a benefit / friendly match but not sure if a programme was produced either, probably the reason I can’t find it !

One sage here at TNS reckons it was against Zambia but it was early October with a 7.30pm K/O, the photos seem to dispel that theory.

Anyhow I’ll hand this conundrum over to the peoples republic of Wiggin, let me know if you know, ta !
